Duane spearheaded dog and people friendly drinking water fountains in memory of his late Siberian Wolf “Tundra” who attended hundreds of community events with him. He is often called the ‘#1 Ambassador’ and ‘Spirit’ of the Sunshine Coast BC for his tireless efforts to empower and promote the community.
Duane’s photos have been seen extensively on the Sunshine Coast and around the world in numerous newspapers, websites, brochures, map guides, magazines and before the movie at the community theatre. He freelances for major media corporations covering breaking news.
