On Saturday, November 3rd from noon-3 pm we are pleased to host a special Body Composition & Nutrition Workshop at VIBE Personal Vibrancy Lifestyle Management. The workshop will be hosted by Charlene SanJenko and Ben Smith along with a very special guest from Vancouver, Peter Schwagly of Bodycomp Imaging.
- We all know the scale is obsolete, so how do we access accurate information about our body’s composition? Peter will give us an overview of his background and what he does at Bodycomp Imaging. We’ll also have a general discussion about body composition and some of the common myths.
Peter will share some recent examples and client success stories.
- After a short refreshment break, we will move onto the Nutrition segment of the workshop
- How to get results and make it a lifestyle (Char, Ben & Peter to facilitate this discussion).
- Practical hands-on session – this is where we’re going to break-down meals that you have been eating and rebuild them even better!
To finish off the afternoon, we will be inviting everyone to participate in a ‘potluck‘ of healthy food options & share recipes.

If you are planning to attend from out of town, we’d be happy to help you book accommodations at one of our local B&B’s. Prices are very reasonable in November, and you could make a weekend out of it and enjoy some shopping or hiking on Sunday before heading home.
