Gibsons Finds Its Pearl

Shuckfest 2012 couldn’t have been a better day in beautiful sunny Gibsons Landing on the Sunshine Coast BC Canada.

Stafford and the Crew at Smitty’s Oyster house didn’t disappoint with beautiful fresh oysters, salads, pulled pork sandwiches, lots of cold drinks and some good old rock ‘n roll by Getaway Van.

The event was presented by the Gibsons & District Chamber of Commerce.

One of the special guest vendors was the Sunshine Coast’s very own craft beer by Townsite Brewing from Powell River, who served up lots of cold ones to the thirsty crowd.

Congratulations to volunteer Shuckfest  Event Coordinator Cindy Envoldson  for a job well done!!!
