The Sunshine Coast rock band are also calling for 100 extras for a music video shoot March 18 in Sooke, BC on Vancouver Island for their awesome song Machines. Full details below.

Silver Streak Boats
MBM is shooting a music video for ‘Machines’. We need about 100 extra’s for a scene shot in a warehouse (Silver Streak Boats). This will be for the section of the song that contains the rap and the idea is that its going to be an under ground politcal rally taking place at a warehouse.
WHAT TO WEAR : Neutral colors (beige, brown, grey, etc).
NO BRAND NAMES, old worn out clothes ideally
WHAT TIME TO BE THERE : 7:30 pm
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?: We don’t know exactly, probably 2 hours or so but possibly longer.
WILL THERE BE FOOD?: YES
WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?: — A fun opportunity to be in a pro quality
music video that will be distributed all over the internet and hopefully music networks such as Much Music and MTV.

Mindil Beach Markets has a great repertoire of tunes. I first saw them perform at the Roberts Creek Hall and was amazed at their versatility and range of great songs.
The popular band is made up of members:

They were kind enough to let me use 3 of their songs for a re-mixed soundtrack on a youtube video I did of the Dakota Ridge ski area and Snow Fest near Sechelt, BC on the Sunshine Coast.
